  OUR STORY..
PK’s began smoking meats a few years ago, and with an appetite to learn more, our resident Pit Master sought out the world renowned Pit Master Myron Mixon in Georgia, USA. Using the biggest smoker in Australia, unique techniques from Americas South & a combination of Australian grown Meats and Wood, we have created a flavour you will love!!!
